Oh No - OK Go (2005)

People know these guys for the wild spectacles they put in their videos. And that’s great, but they’re also a pretty great band.

This is their second album, but the first time most anyone heard of them, thanks to the smash hit video for A Million Ways.

They’re a lively band that mixes conventional mid-aughts garage rock with smart, wiry postpunk and an acute sense of showmanship.

Tracks I Liked

Invincible - one of the greatest 00s rock songs that nobody seems to know.

A Good Idea At The Time - a brilliant humanist piss-take on the Stones’ Sympathy For The Devil
