Lord Of The Harvest - Peter Talisman (2021)

A collab between UK producer Slugabed and Sam Organ of the oddball but brilliantly named Physics House Band, a psych/post-rock band that hasn’t wound up in this space yet.

Very much like my gigantic fave Emancipator (o_O, O_o), in all the right ways, but also adds in a lot of lovely acoustic guitar and more of the primitive folk instrumental sound.

There’s also a strong hip hop vibe that keeps things from being too pastoral.

Really original stuff that ticks a lot of boxes for me.
