Zimbabwe-via-Portugal artist Synik seems to only have one other record from 2012. This one came out ten years later and is an amazing story of a journey far from home.
Downtempo electronic, jazz, hip hop, and African music blend together smoothly, while Synik lays down some amazingly insightful observations about missing the familiars of home even while being awed by new experiences.
