Awaken, My Love - Childish Gambino (2016)
Donald Glover is a freakin genius. Writer and actor, and a musician until he just straight up got bored making great music. The only music we’ve gotten from him since this one was an off-kilter experimental pandemic-era record.
This one is full of great psychedelic soul ala Funkadelic as well as a bunch of smooth R&B and wicked funk.
