Tous des oiseaux - Eleni Karaindrou (2019)
Karaindrou composes for both film and stage. Most of this record is for an Iranian film called Bomb, A Love Story, which I’ve heard of but haven’t seen.
It’s haunting and beautiful throughout, occasionally dropping too quiet to hear much detail. When you do get doses of melody they’re wonderful, if fleeting.
