Quality or nostalgia: was younger me onto something, or just on something?

A random find from back in the day that I loved and which launched me on a brief hpyerfixation with French hip hop. It hasn’t aged all that well, and I don’t remember much of the other stuff I listened to.

So is it Quality or Nostalgia?

The first two tracks are still bangers although the version of the album I heard had a different version of Blow with a much boomier mix and less English in it and a Will.I.Am feature on La Patte
