These two are a married couple who have built a fusion of their Puerto Rican, Brazilian, and Bolivian roots.
It’s got the textures of modern jazz on the surface, but digs deep into latin rhythms and melody. Recorded in Chicago with a host of chicago post rock and free jazz scenesters, it also catches a very edgy musical approach that makes it both beautiful and confrontational.
