“COLDEST RECORD EVER RECORDED,” the BC copy says. If I’m reading it right, this appears as a concept album about skiing and snow as an extended metaphor for the thug life. Snow is cocaine, maybe? Or am I projecting too much onto this because its content is pretty “generic menacing badass” even if the flow is quite impressive?
It’s fun and clever conceptually, even if the main point of all the lyrics is how tough, successful, and unbeatable our protagonists are.
