Ade blended West African pop and Afrobeat rhythms with Yoruba folk music into something fun and distinctive.
Not as driving as Fela Kuti and some of the more funk-influenced artists, Ade kept it chill but dancable.
It’s all very celebratory and joyous, a great early morning pick-me-up.
