Amnesiac - Radiohead (2001)
Discog-ology: Going through an artist’s albums, or at least the ones I haven’t written up yet, in order. Hopefully will be about once a week.
Recorded in the same sessions as Kid A, this is far more than a batch of cast-offs. They fit a different mood, with more choppy, guitar-driven rock than Kid A had.
The production is still dense, combining live instruments with all sorts of effects and treatments.

Tracks I Liked
Pyramid Song - typical Yorke lyric that manages to sound apocalyptic about nothing in particular
I Might Be Wrong - one of my favorite Radiohead guitar riffs
Knives Out - I think of this as how their earlier alt-rock sound settled out. They’d make several similar songs to this on the subsequent albums
