A 18' Del Sol - Luis Alberto Spinetta (1977)

This record was an early one from Argentinian guitarist Spinetta.

It’s a very 70s-sounding record, but in all the best ways. Jazz-fusion-powered pop with a bit of an adenturous, proggy edge.

The title, “18 minutes from the sun,” places it as being a bit spacey, and it serves up some smooth but cosmic grooves

As an aside, just a little bit that proves that Wikipedia is exquisitely hyper-materialist in any language

El estilo poético de Spinetta se expresa claramente en este disco, cuyas letras, carentes de toda alusión a la realidad de la época, son de carácter atemporal y profundo.[cita requerida]

Spinetta’s poetic style is clearly expressed in this album, whose lyrics, devoid of any allusion to the reality of the time, are timeless and profound.[citation needed]
