Twist Again - Bodies Of Water (2011)
Indie-tinged, classic-rock-conversant pop rock in the vein of New Pornographers or Arcade Fire. I guess both of those bands are Canadian while these guys hail from LA, but I don’t know if that makes a difference.
Multiple singers and a genre-hopping habit make this sound more like a comp than an album, but it’s solid throughout.
