I thought I’d had her here before, but I guess not.
It’s easy to miss the detail and care taken here, because it can sound like just a bunch of downtempo instrumental soundtracking if you’re not paying attention. It definitely rewards a closer listen. Whole worlds of rhythm and texture sit just underneath the otherwise conventional sounding strings and keyboards.
