Here I just feed my ego about how refined my tastes are. It’s shameless but I don’t do a lot of shameless things, so I’ll thank you to deal with what a pretentious prick erudite MF cultured music enjoyer I can be.

• Cover Story - Russ Taff - really left an impression on me

• A Jackal’s Wedding - Westerman - not as good as the last one so far, but I’m still listening

• Lux - Rosalia - Still working my way into this a bit but I have really enjoyed it.

• Glory - Perfume Genius - taking it up a notch

• For Melancholy Brunettes - Japanese Breakfast - good stuff

• Everybody Scream - Florence + The Machine - not written up yet, but I’m thinking I’ll go through the whole discography that I haven’t gotten to yet.

• A Danger To Ourselves - Lucretia Dalt - more smart art from Dalt
• Arcadia - Alison Krauss & Union Station - getting the band back together after a decade and it really pays off
• Salt River - Sam Amidon - Not sure if I just think this is sophisticated because it’s difficult. I dig it tho
