I Lay Down My Life For You - JPEGMAFIA (2024)

This was still on my “re-listens” playlist, so I included it here thinking it was one of the 2025 albums I’d marked to go back to. I’d just left it on that list since last fall. Still great, tho.

JPEGMAFIA has the wild energy of punk and glitchy electronics and all sorts of counterculture, but then breaks off a verse with such aplomb that you know he’s not just a soundcloud kid.

It’s all hyper-aggressive and in your face, and I love it.
